The 2015 RM-Z250L5 has proven to be a top level racer over and over again. Most recently in round 3 of the FIM mx world championship round in Argentina where Jeremy Seewer took his 2015 Suzuki RM-Z250L5 to 3rd overall in the MX2 class for his first career podium.For 2015 Suzuki focussed much of its R&D brain power on the mighty 2015 RM-Z450 leaving the 2015 RM-Z250L5 with mostly cosmetic changes but as we have learned in the past new is not always better and Suzuki has stuck to the old,”don’t fix what’s not broken” theory.

The 2015 Suzuki RM-Z250L5 isn’t built like most other manufacturers or bikes. it doesn’t solely focus on having one particular strong point. that’s what makes this bike so incredible as it doesn’t have any weak points. The whole package is good across the board. More than sufficient power out of the quarter litre engine which has a very strong bottom to mid range pull. Two couplers are also included for quickly adjusting the fuel setting to suit the riding conditions. One is for a richer fuel setting than the stock setting and the other is for a leaner fuel setting. Riders can change the fuel setting to suit the best riding conditions by simply connecting either coupler which is located behind the shroud for an easy no tools change.

One trait that still exists in the 2015 RM-Z250L5 is the amazing turning ability that this bike has which is down to its very new age slim and lightweight aluminium chassis which goes together nicely with its ever trusty suspension set up, that employs the use of a coil spring in its fork. Which most people have come to really enjoy and trust with its progressive feel minus all the harshness, the Showa SFF (Separate Function Fork). Compression and rebound are handled by the left fork leg while the right fork leg holds the single main spring in the fork, with a preload adjuster on top which as a secondary function can also alter ride height by 1mm for every 4- 5 clicks you turn on the adjuster.
