Purchasing an item
Purchasing an item on our website couldn't be any easier! Here’s a step-by-step guide to ordering online.
- Firstly, browse the shop for the items you’re interested in purchasing and decide which product you would like to purchase.
- Secondly, check the product description, details, size and price to make sure this product is suitable for you. Select your quantity and click the ‘add to cart’ button. Once added, you then have 3 options: 1 – view cart. 2 – proceed to checkout. And 3 – Continue shopping.
- Now once you've finished browsing, proceed to checkout. There you can review your purchase(s), select your preferred shipping method, enter your billing details and select whether you want the order shipped to a different address. Finally select your method of payment and submit your order.
Shipping within the UK is FREE on orders over £99.99. Orders under this amount will have two options; Interlink Express Standard, charged at £5,99 or Interlink Express Next Day (By 12) at £11.99. All orders over £99.99 will be sent out free of charge via the Interlink Express Standard service. We do not offer the Interlink Express Next Day (By 12) service free of charge. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment when possible. Please allow 2-3 working days for all UK orders to arrive. During busy periods, e.g. November and December, please allow 3 – 4 days to receive your order. We use Interlink Express & Royal Mail for our delivery. All services are fully trackable and insured. Whilst we treat all orders as urgent we regret we cannot guarantee a next day delivery to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and for the following Post Codes an Extra 24hrs Must be allowed. AB3-5, DD8-9, FK16-21, IV1-56, KA27-28, KY, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH17-44, TR21-25, ZE1-3. Liability – Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.
GH Motorcycles accept returns on the basis that; the item/s are un-used, in the original re-saleable condition. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest an insured method of return such as Recorded Delivery. Return postage costs cannot be covered by GH Motorcycles unless we are notified of damaged or faulty goods upon receipt. You must inform us of your intent to return your item/s by phone or email, these items must be received back with us within 7 days from when you initially received your order. If you inform us within this period you will receive a full refund. If you inform us after this period the refund will be subject to a 20% handling fee which will be deducted off of the refund total. When returning an item/s, please fill out our returns form that was enclosed with your items. Ensure this is sent back with your returned item/s. Without this information we cannot authorise your exchange or refund.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
