During these uncertain times, GH Motorcycles thoughts go out to all who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are a family-run business and take our responsibilities towards the health and wellbeing of our team, our customers and our wider community very seriously.

Due to the unfolding situation, we must temporarily close our showrooms and retain a smaller team, with the necessary distancing and sanitation measures in place.

Temporary Closure of Showroom

Whilst we are closing our showroom doors, we are still here if you need us: online at www.ghmotorcycles.co.uk/ via phone call on 01206 791155 or by email sales@ghmotorcycles.com. So whether you have a service booked with us, have placed an order and are awaiting delivery of a new or used bike, or if you have an enquiry on a bike in our stock, we will do whatever possible to support you and keep you informed every step of the way. Videos of bikes are available upon request.

If you have an existing appointment / workshop job booked

Our workshop remains open for pre-bookings only. If you need any service / workshop work done then you will need to call to make an appoint, then at the agreed date and time, you will need to drop your bike off outside the workshop so there will be no in-person contact. Our workshop will not be open to the public and turn around times may be slightly longer.

NHS and Essential Workers – Thank you!

The work you are doing is incredible and we realise how challenging this must be for you all. We want you to know that, whatever your needs are, we’re here to help. Some of our staff members have family working in the NHS, we wish you well during this time.

If you have a bike on order and are awaiting delivery

Gavin is working to deliver as many bikes as possible within the given government guidelines. If we are unable to deliver your vehicle during this initial period, we will do our best to keep you updated as the situation progresses.

If you are looking for a new vehicle

Our sales team will be available to help you either by telephone, email or enquiries through the website as usual. If you’ve seen a bike you really like the look of, we can send you a video of the vehicle and you can reserve it over the telephone with our sales team for collection once we’re able to re-open to the public.

In order that we successfully support our team and our community, we respectfully ask that you please do not visit our showroom or workshop without an agreed appointment. We appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate these uncharted waters.
