Company will not knowingly collect any personal information from minors.

GH Motorcycles is a family-run motocross and enduro bike specialist, we’ve been trading, riding and fixing bikes since 1979. We aim to offer you an exceptional level of customer service and only the highest quality parts and gear that we would use ourselves.
We have a highly knowledgeable and friendly team who are keen to ensure that you walk away 100% satisfied with our services and products.
We have accounts with several major global suppliers of bikes, parts and clothing so if you need something that we don’t have, give us a call on 01206 791155 and we may be able to help you out.
Purchasing an item
The process could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Please be aware of notification of item that needs to be back ordered, this means the item isn’t in stock currently but can be ordered which takes 3 – 5 working days. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You will receive an order confirmation, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Electro and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet using our checkout order form.
Shipping And Handling.
All prices include packaging costs.

Orders over £100.00 Free Delivery (UK MAINLAND ONLY)
A) Standard delivery time for UK mainland is usually 2-5 working days. (Customers are advised that any orders placed after 4pm (Including Next Day Delivery) on a given day will be processed first thing the following morning excluding Friday evening orders as they will then be processed on the following Monday Morning as there is no Saturday collection ). You will be informed of any possible delays, so please give us a reliable daytime phone number or email address so that we may contact you.
B) The ‘Time in working Days” figure quoted in reference to shipping excludes Saturday, Sunday and all UK public holidays. All delivery times are subject to stock availability.
C) Any items put on backorder are usually despatched within 2-5 working days (subject to availability) we will notify you via email when the item is dispatched from us or if there is any further delay.
D) Whilst we treat all orders as urgent we regret we cannot guarantee a next day delivery to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and for the following Post Codes an Extra 24hrs Must be allowed:

E) Liability – Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.
F) Ordering from outside Mainland UK: While we do our utmost to ensure that your parcel arrives in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any international shipping delays or any costs incurred by the customs service of your respective country. Please check with your local customs authority to ensure that any products ordered from us are not restricted, considered dangerous or otherwise banned from your country.
G) Despatch and arrival times for international shipping.
Please note that these times are estimates only and can not be held against us in the event of a delay.
We will do our utmost to ensure that a parcel is despatched to you within 2 business days (excluding weekends & UK public holidays) of your order being placed.
Estimated shipping times to:
USA: Up to and on occasion, in excess of 14 business days.
EU: Up to and on occasion, in excess of 10 business days.
Other Global locations: Up to and on occasion, in excess of 28 business days.
H) All non-mainland UK destinations (Northern Ireland, The Hebrides, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Shetland, Orkney and the Channel Isles) must expect a postage delay of between 3-5 days from the day of despatch.
If your item is not in stock, we will put the item on back order for you. If there will be a delay outside our normal delivery time then we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed on our website your credit card details go directly to Sage Pay, a secure method of handling sensitive payment data. This ensures that your credit card details are always safe and secure for your peace of mind. We do not store your credit card or any other payment details on any systems or files or notes here at GH Motorcycles Ltd.

We must be contacted within 14 days of you receiving your goods. Should you need to return any item please return it with the original packaging intact with the item being unused and undamaged and send it via recorded delivery. Enclose a completed returns form with the item. The returns form will be in the packet or box the item(s) was sent in. Please contact us if there was no returns form enclosed or if you have lost it. In the case of faulty goods please contact us and we will then decide the best course of action.
A) GH Motorcycles will not pay for the return postage in the following cases: You have ordered the incorrect item OR you no longer want or need the item. In these cases, you may be liable to a handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total order value (including any postage charges).
B) If you’ve ordered an item that doesn’t fit and you wish to exchange it for another size, you will be liable for the cost of returning the incorrect item to us as well as the postage costs of sending you the exchanged item (for example; you’ve ordered a medium size jersey, we’ve sent you the correct size jersey as specified in your order and you want to exchange it for a larger size).
C) If we send you the incorrect item (in the case of an order processing or stock error) we will cover all reasonable return postage costs (for example: If you ordered a pair of black boots and we accidentally send you a white pair or if you ordered a size 8 and we sent you a size 9).
D) Reasonable return postage is accepted to be “Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery”. We will not credit you for a premium courier service such as pre-9am, pre-12pm or guaranteed next day delivery.
Before returning an item, contact us and inform us of your intended postage method as we may be able to suggest or organise a cheaper alternative.
E) With any returns, please include your name, address, phone number, order number (if you have one) and the reason for the return to expedite the returns process.
H) GH Motorcycles cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of the lost goods.
I) GH Motorcycles are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitting or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
J) With special orders or where goods have been made to a customers specification we must reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds and the deduction of a handling charge will be made at our discretion.
